Adagio Invoices adds the power of Windows to your invoicing. Use the drag and drop visual Invoice Designer to design your custom invoices in a snap. Use Windows features like full font control to give your invoices an enhanced appearance. Add logos and graphical elements like boxes, lines and circles to help your invoices get the attention of the AP clerk — and get paid faster!

Adagio Invoices lets you enter the following details with each invoice line: quantity, price, cost, reference, date, up to 750 characters of description, and two user-defined fields. This lets you clearly indicate to your customers every aspect of their charges, thus reducing misunderstandings and speeding payment.

Adagio Invoices is fully integrated with Adagio Receivables.

You can enter an unlimited number of line items on every invoice, decide whether it's an invoice or credit note, and even allocate to Job Costing.

For Inventory Control users, Adagio Invoices can pull prices, descriptions (which you can edit if you want) and stock levels from Inventory Control. Then it will create IC Shipment Batches when you post. Job Costing users can post billings directly to Jobs, and produce retainage invoices.

Need to send an invoice? Simply select the customer by popping up the Finder into the Adagio Receivables customer list. Add the items or services you will be charging and print the invoice. It's that easy!

Check out some of the great new features that were added to Adagio Invoices!

All of Adagio Invoice's reports have been extensively enhanced, giving you greater flexibility and customization reporting features than ever before! You'll love the new report options, including:

Improved footers containing the name of the user, the print date, and a comment section. The optional comment can be entered in the report dialog right before printing, and can change with each report as needed!

User-customizable shading for headings and subtotals has been added. This gives you a way to make the important data on your reports stand out, and allows for easier reading of the reports.

Lines and hairlines can now be used on reports, to make the reading of individual detail and transaction lines easier, and to add some structure to the report for a more professional look.

A Backup feature has been added. Back up your data right from the application! Direct from the File menu, you can back up Adagio Invoices data only, Adagio Invoices and related data (such as Adagio Receivables and Adagio Inventory data), or all of the data for the company.

You can now keep track of your Salespeople right in Adagio Invoices!

Menu-level security has been added. This allows you to restrict users from accessing certain menu functions, or to control options by user.

A new Adagio menu allows you to start other installed Adagio applications right from Adagio Invoices, bypassing the login screens. This is a handy time-saving feature.

An improved Smart Finder offers persistent results. This means that you can select an item in the Smart Finder list, edit it, and then return to the list to choose another item — without having to re-do the search. Plus, the list remains persistent throughout the application, allowing you to search in one window and then recall the results of that search in a different window.

The batch screens now include a new Listing button. Use this to select and print batches right from the batch functions, instead of having to access the Reports menu.

View copies of multi-part invoices independently, to easily see which fields appear on which copies of the invoice. This feature greatly simplifies the process of working with multi-part invoice specifications!
